Notarial Fees
. Acknowledgments - $10.00 for the first signature / $1 for each additional signature. Jurats - $10 for first signature /$1 for each additional signature . Certified Copies - $10 for each certificate .Protest -$4 for each bill or note /$1 per notice served/ $4 for certificates & seal .Depositions - $10 for certificate & Oath/ $.50 per 100 words . All Other Notarial Acts -$10 ***A Travel charge will be issued for mobile notary services at $1 per mile in addition to the above fee** .
Notary Signing Agent Fees for Escrow and Real Estate Closings
. Loan Signing ( 25 miles of travel included ) $125.00 for a single loan closing. The mileage fee per mile over the first 25 miles is $1 per mile . Additional Related Loan Closing related to the first loan is $35 . Printing of electronic documents (up to 200 pages) - $20 there is an additional charge of $0.25 per page for additional pages over the initial 200 pages . Fax up to 15 pages - $20 and an additional charge of $0.20 per page for additional pages after the initial 15 pages
